Palma de Mallorca, May 2026 – Travel Compositor today announced a strategic evolution of its leadership structure aimed at entering a new phase of growth, international consolidation, and business continuity.
As part of this transition process, the company has communicated that its founder and current CEO, Manuel Aragonés, will conclude a journey of more than 12 years leading the company in October 2026, when he will step down from his executive duties in line with his planned retirement.
Far from representing a sudden change, the company presents this step as a natural evolution, carefully prepared over several months and with another six months of transition ahead. The process is based on meritocracy, stability, and continuity of a corporate culture that has positioned Travel Compositor as one of the fastest-growing and most internationally recognized travel tech companies.
For this new structure, the board has decided to appoint two new Managing Directors:
Miguel Ángel Garoz, currently CFO (Chief Financial Officer), who will assume responsibility for Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Corporate Structure.
Gonzalo Salvador, currently POL (Product Owner Leader), who will lead the areas of Marketing, Product, and Solutions Development.
The company highlights that both executives embody the DNA of Travel Compositor, having worked alongside the founder for many years and actively contributed to the construction and international expansion of the project.
“This transition is not about changing the company’s course, but about reinforcing it. The accumulated knowledge, shared experience, and a common vision will guarantee the continuity of our values and our firm commitment to constant innovation, sustainable rapid growth, and the success of our clients,” stated Aragonés.
“Travel Compositor was born with the ambition to transform the way travel is sold, and that mission is more alive today than ever, shaping the future. The company now enters a new stage, backed by its greatest possible asset: a management team formed within our own culture of innovation, hard work, and an obsession for daily improvement,” he added.
Furthermore, it has been announced that Manuel Aragonés will step down as CEO of Travelsoft Services. This role will be assumed by Pedro Cámara, who is also the CEO of Travelgate and one of the key technological leaders within the Travelsoft holding.
The company emphasizes that this reorganization will further strengthen synergies between the group’s various entities, accelerating global innovation and execution capabilities.
With an international presence across dozens of markets and trusted by more than six hundred travel brands worldwide, the company reaffirms its commitment to developing advanced technology for the tourism sector, maintaining its philosophy of continuous improvement and close alignment with the real-world needs of clients and partners.
Travelsoft is the leading European holding company for travel technology solutions, whose core mission is to provide global clients with platforms adapted to any market or ecosystem.
As part of the group, Travel Compositor will continue to play an intensive role in this key effort to serve the entire industry.
