We believe in our values, and on a voluntary basis Travel Compositor distributes 20% of the profits it makes to its team every year in proportion to the amount of time they work.
Travel Compositor provides you with financial credit to spend on our internal tool so that you can enjoy the travel experience as part of your compensation in our company. The amounts are received at the change of calendar year and will be proportional to the date of entry, starting at €400 and increasing per year worked.
